Refund Policy

1. Deposits & Payments

All bookings require a deposit or full payment in advance to secure your appointment or event place.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before the session or event date unless agreed otherwise.

2. Cancellations by Client

More than 14 days before the scheduled session or event: You may reschedule without losing your deposit.

Between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled session or event: You may reschedule once, subject to availability, but your deposit will be retained.

Less than 7 days before the session or event: The deposit or full payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling is at the practitioner’s discretion and subject to availability.

3. Cancellations by HoliHipno

If we need to cancel a session or event for any reason, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The opportunity to reschedule to another available date.

HoliHipno is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to cancellation.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if the service is cancelled by HoliHipno or if agreed in advance.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be considered case-by-case.

5. Missed Appointments

Missed sessions without prior notice will result in the deposit or full payment being retained.

If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time and you will be charged the full amount.

6. Digital Services & Courses

For online events, courses, or digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

No refunds will be given once access to digital content is granted.
