Depending on your focus that day, the treatment can be deeply relaxing, tension-releasing, or energy-aligning — using the combination of techniques that best supports your body and mind. Before your session, a short medical history is required to ensure your safety. Please inform me of any recent surgeries, medical conditions, or contraindications (e.g., cancer) so I can tailor the session appropriately. Cancellation Policy

Booking: All sessions require advance booking. Please contact me directly to schedule your appointment. Online bookings are not available for this service. Deposit: A deposit of 50% (£40 for single session / £150 for block of 4) is required to secure your appointment. Payment: Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Please notify me in advance if you need to change your appointment. Medical Information: Completion of your medical history form is required prior to the session. Please notify me of any recent surgeries, medical conditions, or contraindications. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled sessions within week of the original booking.
